Canoeists,
Today marks the last training of the term, and a break for all of you to catch up on your (hopefully) already ongoing preparations for the coming promos.
Do not allow yourself to be complacent. Apply the same sort of discipline and determination that you show during training, into your studying preparation. In addition, training may officially be on a hiatus, but as Mr. Lim mentioned, do not allow your physical fitness and mental toughness to slip too much, if at all during this period.
For those of you who have been suspended, please take the responsibility and the initiative to try to keep up. When training resumes, I expect nothing more than the utmost effort put in during every training/morning run. For those who have barely escaped suspension this time, there will be no more chances given. The rest of you who have had the expected attendance, keep it up.
Discipline is something that has been emphasized over and over again. Discipline is something that we currently do not have enough of yet. Remember, whatever the obstacle, whatever the challenge, put in that 110% and more, and it’ll be worth it at the end.
Last burst till promos.
- Gilbert.
